Orders will ship from our warehouse within 5-7 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes!!
Shipping within the Continental US for your new set of Sinkhole Washers is FREE. The shipping rate to Alaska and Hawaii may incur an additional cost.

Returns
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund of the product total. Please contact us here for return shipping instructions.
The product must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for a return. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the product is received and the condition is verified, we will issue a refund for the product cost.
Our washer game is meant to wear with use. As the playing surface wears and softens, the game play is improved as the washers more easily “bite” into the board. If you have any questions about this, or feel that parts or pieces are not holding up to regular game play, simply contact us here.
